ABOUT

One-man army,
and proud of it.

Nikos Broikos. Athens. Twelve years building what businesses run on - for clients, for agencies, and five times for myself.

THE SHAPE OF IT

Studied AI before the hype. Shipped for twelve years. Took the MBA last.

The order matters. The master's in AI came long before the market cared, so 2026 is a return, not a rebrand. The decade in between was spent shipping - sites, then platforms, then dashboards and ERP systems, then five products of my own. The MBA came last, on purpose: by then I had a decade of real P&L scars to test it against.

RAIL ONE - FOR OTHERS

The client work.

25 live sites right now. National activations for OPAP, Coca-Cola, Schweppes and AVIS, delivered through the agencies that hold those accounts. Custom ERP, CRM and dashboards underneath. The projects are theirs; the development, SEO, dashboards, campaign mechanics and launches were mine.

RAIL TWO - MY OWN

The owned work.

spoilsins, jobfit, seethemenu, wallpe, learnery - five products, ten years of carrying them. One more built for a 33% stake instead of an invoice, and a seventh in R&D right now. Nobody else in this market can draw the second rail.

CREDENTIALS

MSc Artificial Intelligence - De Montfort Universityleads for a reason
BSc Computer Science and Roboticswhere the systems vocabulary comes from
MBA2026 - the one date on this site

STILL TRAINING

Three degrees wasn't the point. Staying current is.

Web security

Five seminars and counting. It's why "I test what I ship" is a claim and not a vibe.

Data science

Seminar track feeding the analytics and dashboard work.

Agentic AI

The current six months: production agent systems, evals, orchestration.

HOW I WORK

Short version.

You brief the person who builds it. Nobody in between to misunderstand you.01
Every build answers to a number. If none moves, it was a cost.02
Honest edges: I name what I'm 20% at, so you can trust the 100s.03
Attribution always. Agency work is credited to the agency.04

MY OWN SHOP

I run the business
on the agents I built.

Not a product, not for sale, and the reason I can answer questions about running agents in anger rather than in theory. This is what a normal working day here actually goes through.

ORANGE, THE ASSISTANT

It moves between projects without being told where anything is, holds what it learns from one to the next, and takes the action rather than describing it: reads the mail, drafts the reply, finds and edits the project, ships the change. It drafts and never sends, which is the same human-in-the-loop rule I put in client systems.

THE NOTES SYSTEM UNDERNEATH

Every decision, research note and project fact lives in plain files I can open, search and keep forever, with a searchable layer on top that can be deleted and rebuilt at any time. The files are the asset; nothing important is trapped inside a tool I do not control.
