DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION · Human resources

HR for people,
not for paperwork.

The HR team should be talking to people. Instead it reads two hundred CVs for one role, answers the same leave question daily and chases access forms. Those are the tasks an agent takes, with a person deciding anything that concerns a person.

THE PROBLEM

Where the hours
actually go.

Two hundred CVs per role

Reading, filtering and scheduling for a single opening takes days, and the good candidate is the one who got a reply first.

Onboarding that eats a week

Accounts, access, training, and the thirty questions every new hire asks in the first month, each answered by hand by the person who already answered it last month.

Employee data in pieces

Contracts in one place, leave in another, reviews in a third. A simple report takes a day, and a compliance question takes longer.

WHAT GETS BUILT

Agents for this department,
with a human in the loop.

01

Screening against your criteria

Every application read and scored against the criteria you wrote, with the reasoning shown next to the score. The shortlist is a proposal; a person decides who is called.

02

Onboarding and access

The checklist run automatically: accounts requested, training assigned, the first-month questions answered from your own handbook, day or night.

03

Policy answers, instantly

Leave, benefits, expenses, working hours: answered from your policy documents with the source shown, so the answer is the policy, not an opinion.

04

Built for your workflow

The three above are the common cases. If yours is different, the discovery call finds the task and the blueprint prices it. Capabilities are files, not deployments, so adding one later is cheap.

ALREADY RUNNING

Built to order,
on the same rules.

There is no HR system among the six running demos yet, and this page will not pretend otherwise. What exists is the pattern every one of them runs on: decisions by rule where the answer is known, a person in front of anything that concerns a person, and every action on record. The pilot runs on your real applications, read-only, before it touches anything.

YOUR DATA, YOUR RULES

Runs where you say On your own server or a machine in your office if that is what your data needs. My own assistant runs locally on my desk for exactly this reason.

A human before money moves Anything that pays, files, sends or deletes is a draft until a person approves it. The agent proposes; it does not decide what has a right answer.

Every action on record What the agent did, what it refused, and why, in a log you can open. Including the refusals, because a system that records only what it allowed cannot answer an auditor.

Thirty minutes,
your data, no deck.

Bring the task that eats the most hours. I will tell you in the call whether an agent can take it, what it would cost to run, and what it would need from you.
